Please be aware that it is not possible to modify the billing cycle if there is an unpaid renewal invoice.
You can change all aspects of your service's billing through our client area.
You can update the billing cycle to:
- Monthly
- Quarterly (3 months)
- Semi Annually (6 months)
- Annually (12 months)
Each time your service is due for renewal, a renewal invoice will be generated for the chosen number of months.
Steps to adjust the billing cycle
- Log in to the client area.
- From the main menu bar, select "Services".
- Select the specific service you want to change from the list.
- Click on "Billing Overview" from the tabs on the page.
- Click on the "Change Billing Cycle" button.
- Choose the new billing cycle from the dropdown list.
- You will now see an overview of the new pricing. Optionally, you can also change your domain name's billing cycle if applicable.
- Click on "Change".
- A new renewal invoice will be generated. Go to "Billing" โ "My Invoices" in the main menu bar.
- Click on the newly generated invoice and proceed to payment.
