Please note that if you turn off auto-renewal and do not renew your service in time, it will be terminated, and all associated data will be deleted. However, our system will send occasional expiration reminders, payment reminders, and overdue notices.
When auto-renewal is turned off, our system will not generate a renewal invoice 14 days in advance and you will need to renew your service manually each time.
You can manage all aspects of your service's billing through our client area, including turning auto-renewal on or off.
To disable or enable auto-renewal, follow these steps:
- Log in to the client area.
- From the main menu bar, select "Services".
- Choose the specific service you want to modify from the list.
- Click on "Billing Overview" from the tabs on the page.
- Click on the "Turn Auto Renewal OFF" button to turn it off, or click the "Turn Auto Renewal ON" button to turn auto-renewals on.
- Auto-renewal is now turned on or off, depending on which button you press.
