To upgrade or downgrade your service from the client area, follow these steps:
- Log in to the client area.
- Click on
Services
in the menu bar.
- Locate your service and click on it.
- Click on
Upgrade/Downgrade
in the left sidebar menu.
- Select the new plan you wish to upgrade or downgrade to. Depending on your type of service, lower plans might now be available as an option.
- Click on
Choose Product
.
- You will now see an overview of the costs. Depending on the price difference, you will either pay or receive an amount back to your credit balance. You will also only pay for the remainder of the billing cycle.
- Fill in a promotion code if applicable.
- Select the desired payment method.
- Click on
Checkout
. You will then be redirected to the payment gateway to complete the payment.
After completing the payment, your service will be automatically adjusted.
Please note that for Virtual Servers, the upgrade will be processed with a delay. You will receive an email once your virtual server has been upgraded, with instructions on how to apply the new disk space, etc.
